    • 60g cabbage, chopped

  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • Sesame seeds, to taste
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 4 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • Black pepper, to taste

Slice the onion, green onion, cabbage, carrot, green chili, and red chili. Prepare the squid by cleaning and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.

Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, mirin, corn syrup, and black pepper to create the sauce.

Heat a pan on high heat with a small amount of cooking oil. Stir-fry the green onion until fragrant.

Add the squid and stir-fry briefly. Then add cabbage, onion, and carrot. Stir-fry until the vegetables slightly soften.

Add the sauce and mix well. Stir-fry quickly to combine the flavors.

Add the green chili and red chili, stir-fry briefly, then turn off the heat. Mix in sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
