    • 🐖 1200g pork shoulder
  • Vegetables

    • 🧅 2 stalks green onion
    • 🧅 1.5 onions, sliced
    • 3 chili peppers, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
    • 3 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp cooking oil
    • Sprinkle sesame seeds

PASOS

Mince 2 tbsp garlic, slice green onion into 2cm pieces, and cut onion into 1cm slices.

Heat cooking oil in a pan, add pork, and sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar.

Add 2 tbsp mirin and stir-fry on high heat until pork starts to cook. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp minced garlic.

Add the green onion stalks and continue stir-frying.

Mix in 3 tbsp gochujang, 3 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp chili powder. Stir-fry until well combined.

Ensure the pork is fully cooked and the sauce is evenly coated.

Add sliced onions and stir-fry until they soften.

Add remaining green onion and chili peppers, stir lightly.

Sprinkle sesame seeds, drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil, and finish with a dash of black pepper.
