INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 400g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Slice the green onion and onion thinly and set aside.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, chili powder, cooking wine, corn syrup, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the pork belly until some fat is rendered.
Add sugar to the pork and stir-fry over high heat to caramelize the meat.
Add the sliced onion and stir-fry lightly.
Add the prepared seasoning sauce and stir-fry over medium heat until the sauce is well absorbed.
Turn off the heat and garnish with sesame oil and sesame seeds.
