- 🍗 12 pieces chicken tenderloin
- 🍜 1 pack ramen noodles
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 5 tbsp water
- 2 green chilies
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 small dried red chilies
PASOS
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin to avoid toughness.
Rinse the tenderloin and pat dry. Marinate with olive oil and black pepper.
Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, corn syrup, and water.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic, dried red chilies, and red chili powder.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and bring it to a simmer.
Add green chilies to the sauce and simmer until thickened.
Prepare the green onion by slicing it thinly and rinsing to remove bitterness.
Cook the marinated chicken tenderloin in a pan until golden brown.
Boil the ramen noodles until cooked, then drain and set aside.
Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce in the pan and stir-fry until well coated.
Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan and stir-fry with the chicken and sauce.
Serve the stir-fried chicken and noodles with sliced green onion on the side.
