    • 🥩 200g sliced beef
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (200g)
    • 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
  • Spices

    • 1 tsp sliced chili
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1/2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Place sliced beef and sake with a pinch of salt and pepper into a plastic bag. Massage well to marinate.

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate them.

Heat salad oil and sliced chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add marinated beef and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until softened. Increase heat to medium-high, add lettuce, and stir-fry briefly. Add soy sauce and mirin, then mix well.
