INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 350g soft tofu
 - 🧅 1 stalk green onion
 - 🧅 1/2 onion
 - 1/3 zucchini
 - 1 pack enoki mushroom
 - 🥚 1-2 eggs
 
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
 - 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 🧄 0.7 tbsp minced garlic
 
PASOS
Slice green onion, onion, zucchini, and enoki mushrooms. Optionally, slice 1-2 chili peppers for extra spice.
Mix 2 tbsp red pepper powder, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 0.7 tbsp minced garlic to make the seasoning sauce.
Heat a clay pot or pan, add green onion and onion, then stir-fry with 1 tbsp chili oil or cooking oil over low heat. Add 1 cup of water and the seasoning sauce.
Add 350g soft tofu and 1.5 cups of water. If the tofu contains water, reduce additional water to 0.8-1 cup.
Add zucchini, enoki mushrooms, and optional toppings like pork, clams, shrimp, dumplings, or spam. Season with shrimp paste or chicken stock and sprinkle black pepper.
Crack 1-2 eggs into the stew and let it boil until fully cooked.
