INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 500g sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
PASOS
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan, sauté until fragrant.
Add sliced pork belly and cook until browned and slightly crispy.
Add chopped kimchi, gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and stir for 1-2 minutes before turning off the heat.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
