    • 1 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 1 piece radish
    • 🧅 A small amount of green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp chili powder
    • 1 tbsp gochujang
    • 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 🦐 1/3 tbsp shrimp paste
    • 💧 200 ml water

Mix chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, and shrimp paste with 2-3 tbsp of water to create a seasoning paste.

Slice radish and layer it at the bottom of a pot.

Cut tofu and onion into pieces and layer them on top of the radish.

Spread the seasoning paste over the tofu and onion.

Pour 1 cup of water into the seasoning bowl to rinse it and add the liquid to the pot.

Bring the pot to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes.

Add chopped green onion on top and simmer briefly before serving.
