    • 1/2 cup soaked glass noodles

    • 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp corn syrup
    • 2.5 tbsp gochujang
    • 1 tbsp chili powder

Prepare the broth by boiling kombu, dried shrimp, and anchovies in water until flavorful. Meanwhile, soak the glass noodles in cold water and prepare the ramen noodles by boiling them separately.

Add soy sauce, corn syrup, gochujang, and chili powder to the broth and bring it to a boil.

Prepare the rice cakes, fish cakes, and chopped green onions while the broth is boiling.

Add the boiled eggs, rice cakes, and fish cakes to the broth. Simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the rice cakes absorb the flavor.

Add the ramen noodles and soaked glass noodles to the pot. Cook for about 1.5 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
