INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 200g spam
- 🥔 1 potato
- 1/4 zucchini
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 red chili
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 scallion
- 1/2 block tofu
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp garlic
- 1.5–2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 to taste salt
PASOS
Prepare a broth using a stock pack or anchovies and kelp for added flavor.
Cut the potato, scallion, zucchini, red chili, green chili, onion, tofu, and spam into bite-sized pieces.
Add 4 cups of broth to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the potato and cook until it starts to soften.
Add the zucchini and onion to the pot and continue boiling.
Mix in chili powder, garlic, and gochujang. Adjust the amount of gochujang based on desired spice level.
Add tofu and spam to the pot and let it simmer until the potato is fully cooked.
Season with salt to taste. Add scallion, red chili, and green chili, and let it boil for a few more minutes.
Serve the spicy ham gochujang stew hot and enjoy!
