    • 🐖 300g pork shoulder
    • 🥔 1 potato
    • 🧈 1/3 block tofu
    • 🧅 1/2 medium onion
    • 2 chili peppers
    • 🧄 1 stalk green onion
  • Seasoning

    • 3 tbsp gochujang
    • 1.5 tbsp chili powder
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp rice wine
    • Pinch of black pepper

PASOS

Mix the pork shoulder with the seasoning ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes.

Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry the marinated pork.

Add diced potato to the pan and stir-fry together with the pork.

Pour water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Once the potato is half-cooked, add diced tofu and onion.

Add sliced chili peppers and green onion, then simmer until everything is cooked through.
