- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 🥔 300g radish
- 5-10 dried spicy chilies
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 2 tsp perilla oil
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the beef brisket into thick triangular pieces and score them.
Cut the radish into bite-sized pieces and round the edges to prevent crumbling during cooking.
Heat a pan with perilla oil and sauté dried chilies, garlic, and green onion over low heat to release their flavors.
Add the beef brisket and sear both sides lightly, then add the radish.
Add the seasonings and stir briefly.
Pour 2-3 cups of water depending on your preferred texture and simmer uncovered until the liquid reduces and thickens.
Serve the dish once the sauce has reduced to your desired consistency.
