    • 🥩 1 bowl of beef for soup
    • 🌱 270g of bean sprouts
    • 1 bowl of radish
    • 🧅 1 stalk of green onion
    • 3 chili peppers
    • 💧 1 liter of water
  • Seasonings

    • 5 tbsp of red pepper powder
    • 🧄 1.5 tbsp of minced garlic
    • 4 tbsp of fish sauce
    • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp of cooking wine
    • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
    • 1 tsp of black pepper

PASOS

Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté beef, red pepper powder, cooking wine, and minced garlic.

Add sliced radish and continue sautéing until the radish becomes slightly translucent.

Pour 1 liter of water into the pot and add bean sprouts. Cover and boil for 15–20 minutes.

Add chopped green onion and adjust the seasoning to taste. Serve hot.
