INGREDIENTES

- 150g bean sprouts
- 1 stalk green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 1/6 block tofu
Seasonings
- 500ml kelp stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
PASOS
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly.
Pour kelp stock into a pot until it covers the bean sprouts.
Season with chili powder, minced garlic, salt, anchovy sauce, soy sauce, and pepper.
Add the green onion to the pot.
Add the chili pepper to the pot.
Add the onion to the pot.
Add the tofu to the pot.
Adjust the seasoning with shrimp paste.
Bring the soup to a boil once more and serve.
