- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASOS
Slice cucumbers into thick rounds for a crunchy texture.
Sprinkle 1 tsp salt on the cucumber slices and let them sit for 20 minutes. Drain the water released.
Mix sugar, red pepper flakes, gochujang, soy sauce, corn syrup, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sesame seeds to create the dressing.
Slice 1/2 onion thinly and combine it with the cucumbers in a bowl. Add the dressing and toss well.
