- 🍖 400g cooked pork slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
- 5 green chilies, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Pinch of black pepper
- 💧 1/2 cup water
PASOS
Slice the cooked pork thinly.
Slice the green chilies and chop the green onion.
In a pan, combine minced garlic, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a boil.
Add the pork slices to the boiling sauce and simmer, stirring occasionally.
When the sauce thickens, add corn syrup, green onion, and green chilies. Mix well.
Sprinkle black pepper and sesame seeds. Serve on a plate.
