- 🥔 250g potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Slice the potatoes thinly and chop the green onion and chili pepper.
Mix 2 tbsp potato starch with 50ml water and coat the potato slices evenly.
Season the coated potatoes with 1/2 tsp salt and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and fry the potato slices until golden brown on both sides.
Prepare the sauce by mixing green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, and chili powder in a bowl.
Coat the fried potatoes with the sauce, adding chili pepper slices for extra flavor.
Finish by sprinkling sesame seeds and drizzling sesame oil over the dish.
