INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 green chili, deseeded and sliced
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Protein
- 3 slices of Spam, cut into strips
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
PASOS
Peel the potatoes and soak them in water while preparing other ingredients.
Slice the potatoes into thick matchsticks, chop the green onion, and deseed and slice the green chili.
Rinse the sliced potatoes in water and drain them thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
Cut the Spam into thick strips.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, add the potatoes, and stir-fry briefly. Cover the pan and cook for 40 seconds to 1 minute.
Add minced garlic and Spam to the pan, gently mix, and stir-fry until everything is cooked through.
Season with salt to taste, then sprinkle green onion, chili slices, and sesame seeds on top before serving.
