    • 1/6 cup kimchi
    • 200g spam
    • 🧅 1/2 onion
    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Seasonings

    • 2 tbsp kimchi juice
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

PASOS

Chop the kimchi and onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the spam into thin slices and cut the rest into small chunks.

Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the egg. Set aside.

Pan-fry the thinly sliced spam until golden brown on both sides.

Using the same pan, sauté the onion and spam chunks together.

Add the chopped kimchi to the pan and stir-fry until it starts to soften.

Mix in the cooked rice, kimchi juice, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry until all ingredients are well combined.

Finish with sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds. Stir well and remove from heat.
