- 🌰 50g mixed nuts
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧅 2 stalks chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASOS
Cut the rice cakes into bite-sized pieces. If they are hard, blanch them in hot water.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, and sesame oil. Adjust the quantity if using more rice cakes.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and sauté minced garlic and chopped green onion until fragrant.
Add the rice cakes to the pan and stir-fry lightly.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce into the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the mixed nuts and stir well. Finish cooking when the sauce is almost absorbed.
