INGREDIENTES

- 🦑 1 squid, cleaned and sliced
 
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
 - 🧅 1 small onion, sliced
 - 🥒 1/2 zucchini, sliced
 - 1 green chili, chopped
 
Seasonings
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
 - 0.5 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
 - 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
 
PASOS
Clean and slice the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion, onion, zucchini, and chop the green chili.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, sugar, and minced garlic.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and stir-fry the green onion and onion until fragrant.
Add the zucchini and stir-fry until partially cooked.
Add the squid and green chili to the pan.
Pour 2/3 of the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry. Taste and add the remaining sauce if needed.
Cook until the squid is fully cooked and the sauce is well absorbed.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
