    • 🥔 4 medium-sized potatoes
    • 🧅 1 medium onion
    • 🍄 1.5 button mushrooms
    • 🦐 10 dried shrimp
  • Soy Sauce Broth

    • 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp corn syrup
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine

PASOS

Prepare the ingredients. If using sprouted potatoes, remove the sprouts thoroughly.

Cut the ingredients into large chunks as the braising will take 20–30 minutes.

Pour 200ml of water into a pot.

Add the chopped ingredients and 10 dried shrimp to the pot.

Add 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp corn syrup, and 1 tbsp cooking wine.

Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes.

After 20 minutes, check if the broth has reduced to a slightly thick consistency. Remove from heat.
