INGREDIENTES
Fish
- 🐟 1 pack cleaned mackerel
Vegetables
- 🥔 1/3 radish, sliced
- 🧅 1/3 onion, sliced
- 🧅 A bit of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 💧 150 ml water
Oil
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
Broth
- 1 broth cube
PASOS
Slice the radish and layer it at the bottom of the pot.
Slice the onion and layer it on top of the radish.
Cut the mackerel in half and place it on top of the vegetables.
Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, cooking wine, green onion, and water.
Pour the sauce evenly over the fish and vegetables.
Drizzle perilla oil over the fish.
Add the broth cube to the pot.
Cover the pot and simmer on low heat.
Occasionally spoon the sauce over the fish while cooking.
Cook until the radish is tender and the fish is well-coated with the sauce.
