- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp broth
PASOS
Prepare the vegetables by slicing the green chilies, onion, and garlic.
Mix soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, sesame oil, plum extract, oyster sauce, and broth to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a little oil and pan-fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown on both sides.
Add the sliced onion, garlic, and green chilies to the pan.
Pour half of the prepared sauce into the pan and simmer. Gradually add more sauce while tasting.
Simmer until the nuggets are well coated and the sauce thickens.
