INGREDIENTES

- 🥚 2 eggs
 - 🥛 1/2 cup milk
 - 🧂 1 tbsp sugar for pudding
 
Syrup Ingredients
- 2–3 tbsp water for syrup
 - 🧂 2–3 tbsp sugar for syrup
 
PASOS
Mix 240ml milk, 2 eggs, and 1 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
Warm the milk slightly in the microwave for about 15 seconds to dissolve the sugar.
Beat the eggs gently using chopsticks to minimize bubbles.
Strain the egg mixture through a sieve into the milk mixture and combine well.
Prepare the syrup by mixing water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio. Heat on low until thickened and bubbly.
Spread 1–1.5 tbsp of syrup on the bottom of serving dishes.
Fill the dishes with the pudding mixture up to 70–80% full. Place them in a larger bowl with a kitchen towel and water halfway up the sides.
Microwave the pudding for about 15 minutes. Once set, cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
