    • 1 stalk green onion

    • 2 chili peppers

    • 2 tbsp chili powder

    • Pinch of pepper
    • Drizzle of sesame oil
    • 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp cooking wine
    • 💧 1.5 cups water

Cut the tofu into halves and slice into suitable thickness.

Slice the green onion lengthwise, and chop the onion and chili peppers.

Mix all the seasonings together to create the sauce.

Place the tofu in a pan, add water and the prepared sauce, and bring to a boil.

Once the tofu is simmering, add the prepared vegetables and cook until slightly softened.
