- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Cut the potatoes into 1.2 cm cubes and soak them in water for 10 minutes to remove starch.
Slice the onion into appropriate sizes.
Mix the potatoes with 5 tbsp corn syrup and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Combine soy sauce, mirin, minced garlic, and vegetable oil in a bowl.
Cook the potatoes on medium heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally to check doneness.
Add the onion when the seasoning base has reduced to one-third and continue cooking.
Once the seasoning base is almost gone, add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then stir to finish.
