INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🎃 1 whole pumpkin
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 50g chives
- 1/2 paprika
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Meat
- 400g smoked duck
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- A pinch of ground pepper
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
Sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp perilla powder
PASOS
Mix the sauce ingredients (chili powder, gochujang, vinegar, plum extract, minced garlic, sesame seeds, perilla powder) thoroughly and set aside.
Wash the pumpkin thoroughly and microwave it for 10 minutes. Once cooked, cut off the top and scoop out the insides. Apply 1 tbsp honey inside the pumpkin to remove any odor.
Chop the onion, paprika, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Wash the chives and cut them into 5cm lengths.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add sesame oil, and sauté minced garlic and smoked duck. Add ground pepper, onion, paprika, and broccoli, and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat and mix in the chives.
Stuff the stir-fried duck and vegetables into the hollowed pumpkin. Microwave the stuffed pumpkin for an additional 5 minutes.
Cut the finished dish into 6–8 pieces and serve on a large plate. Dip in the prepared sauce for enhanced flavor.
