- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 🌭 200g sausage, scored

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
PASOS
Slice 1/2 onion and 1 bell pepper into thin strips.
Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until slightly translucent.
Score the sausages and add them to the pan with the onion. Stir-fry together.
Add the bell pepper to the pan when the onion is halfway cooked and slightly transparent.
Mix in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, and 1 tbsp honey. Stir well to coat evenly.
Continue stir-frying until the sauce is evenly absorbed and the dish is fully cooked.
