- 🍚 1 bowl of cooked rice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 🥚 1 egg
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
PASOS
Slice the onion thickly and stir-fry it in a heated pan with cooking oil. Add soy sauce and chili powder, and stir-fry until slightly salty.
Place the cooked rice in a bowl and top it with the stir-fried onions. Optionally, add any side dishes from the fridge or skip if unavailable.
