- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 2 green chilies

- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
PASOS
Peel and prepare the potatoes, green chilies, and garlic.
Slice the onion into visually appealing pieces.
Layer potatoes at the bottom of a frying pan, then add onion, green chilies, and garlic on top.
Add soy sauce, corn syrup, and cooking oil to the pan.
Sprinkle red pepper powder over the ingredients.
Pour water into the pan until the potatoes are submerged, then simmer on low heat.
Occasionally spoon the broth over the potatoes as they cook.
Once the broth has mostly evaporated, add sesame oil and cook briefly.
