For Boiling Chicken

- 🧄 4 cloves whole garlic
PASOS
Prepare the ingredients: chicken thigh (2 pieces), onion (1+1/2), green onion (1+1/2), whole garlic (4 cloves), minced garlic (1 tsp), baby soy sauce (2 tsp).
Clean the chicken by removing excess fat and impurities. Boil it in a pot with green onion (1 stalk), onion (1), and whole garlic (4 cloves).
While the chicken is boiling, chop the remaining onion (1/2), green onion (1/2), and prepare minced garlic (1 tsp).
Skim off excess fat floating on top while boiling the chicken.
Remove the boiled onion, green onion, and garlic from the pot. Keep the broth.
Place the cooked chicken in a bowl and let it cool.
Shred the chicken along its grain. If using bone-in chicken, remove all bones at this stage.
Mix the shredded chicken with minced garlic (1 tsp) and baby soy sauce (2 tsp).
Add the sliced onion to the reserved broth and bring it to a boil.
Add the seasoned chicken to the boiling broth and cook thoroughly.
Finally, add the sliced green onion and boil once more before serving.
