Simple Beef Radish Soup

    • 1 piece radish
    • 1 handful green onion

    • 150g beef
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp minced garlic

    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Liquid

    • 2L water

Add 2 liters of water to a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Add 150g of beef and let it cook.

While the beef is cooking, slice the radish into medium-sized pieces.

After 15 minutes of boiling, remove the foam and let the beef continue to cook for flavor extraction.

Add the sliced radish to the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

Add 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp salt, and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Once the radish is fully cooked and translucent, add 1 handful of chopped green onion and simmer briefly.
