    • 600g radish, thinly sliced
    • 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, chopped
  • Seasonings

    • 4 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
    • 🧂 1 tbsp salt

Prepare the radish and green onion. Use the white part of the radish.

Slice the radish as thinly as possible. Use a mandoline slicer if needed.

Chop the green onion into bite-sized pieces.

Heat 4 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan.

Add the chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and continue sautéing.

Add the sliced radish and stir-fry until coated with oil and green onion.

Add 1 tbsp of salt and stir-fry until the radish releases its juices.

Cover the pan and reduce to low heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
