INGREDIENTES
- Seafood - 🍤 8 peeled shrimp
 
- Protein - 🥚 4 beaten eggs
- 1 piece hanpen
 
- Staple - 🍚 2 servings cooked rice
 
- Vegetable - 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
 
- Seasoning - 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
 
- Liquid - 💧 300 ml water
 
- Thickener - 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
 
- Oil - 1 tbsp salad oil
 
PASOS
Cut the hanpen into 2 cm cubes.
Prepare the sauce by mixing water, sake, chicken stock powder, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and cornstarch slurry.
Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp and hanpen until the shrimp changes color.
Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked mixture and serve over rice.
