- 1 handful dried seaweed
- 1/4 pear, sliced
Sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- a pinch of mustard
- a pinch of sesame seeds
PASOS
Soak the dried seaweed in water until softened, then blanch it in boiling water for 1 minute.
Rinse the seaweed in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut the seaweed into bite-sized pieces and slice the pear into thin strips.
Mix the seaweed and pear with the prepared sauce in a bowl.
Place the salad in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Serve the salad in a dish right before eating.
