Squeeze the mushrooms gently to remove excess water, leaving about 20% moisture.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce to the mushrooms.
Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to the mushrooms.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and mix everything well.
Serve the seasoned mushrooms in a bowl as a delicious side dish.
