INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack udon noodles
- 🦐 4 shrimp
- 1/2 squid
- 10 shellfish
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 3–4 cabbage leaves
- 1–2 perilla leaves
- 1/2 king oyster mushroom
- 1 green chili

- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
PASOS
Prepare the squid by peeling its skin, soak shellfish to remove sand, and trim shrimp whiskers.
Cut squid tentacles into 4–5 cm pieces and score the body diagonally to create a grid pattern.
Wash and slice vegetables into 4–5 cm pieces. Blanch udon noodles in boiling water for 30 seconds, rinse in cold water, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and mushrooms over medium heat until translucent.
Add seafood to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Once shrimp changes color, add cooking wine to remove any fishy smell, then stir in the prepared sauce mixture.
Add blanched udon noodles and remaining vegetables to the pan, stir-frying until combined.
Reduce the sauce until thickened, then add green chili for fragrance.
Plate the dish and garnish with sliced perilla leaves.
