INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 200g Vienna sausages
- A small amount of cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- A small amount of zucchini
- 🥕 A small amount of carrot
- A small amount of cooking oil
 
- Seasonings - 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2.5 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- A small amount of sesame seeds
 
PASOS
Cut zucchini, onion, cabbage, and carrot into appropriate sizes.
Blanch the Vienna sausages briefly in boiling water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry all vegetables except cabbage.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and bring it to a simmer.
