Vegetables

- 🥕 Carrots to taste
- Bell peppers to taste
Condiments
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/3 tbsp minced garlic
PASOS
Score the sausages and cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the sausages briefly in boiling water to remove impurities.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, gochujang, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and minced garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the vegetables over medium-low heat.
Add the sausages to the pan and stir-fry with the vegetables.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry on low heat until the sauce is well absorbed.
Sprinkle sesame seeds generously and serve.
