INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sausage, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 cup diced carrot
- 🧅 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauce
- Pinch of ground pepper
- Generous amount of sesame seeds
Optional
- 🥚 1-2 eggs
PASOS
Slice the sausage and dice the carrot and onion.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausage until golden brown.
Add diced carrot and onion to the pan, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. Mix in 1 tbsp soy sauce or fish sauce.
Crack 1-2 eggs into the pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes for soft eggs or 7-8 minutes for firmer texture.
Serve the fried rice in a nice bowl and garnish with sesame seeds.
