- 🌭 4 sausages
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 3 green chilies (optional)
- 🧄 4 cloves garlic
Sauces and Seasonings
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 2 dashes black pepper
PASOS
Mix ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, oyster sauce, corn syrup, and black pepper in a bowl.
Slice the onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Optionally, slice the green chilies for added color.
Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the sausages and garlic, and stir-fry until the sausages are evenly cooked.
Once the sausages are golden brown, add the onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and increase the heat to medium. Stir-fry until the sauce evenly coats the ingredients.
Add the green chilies at the end and stir-fry briefly to maintain their vibrant color.
