PASOS
Marinate the salmon with herb salt and cooking wine. Clean the scales using a knife.
Heat a pan and cook the salmon starting with the skin side down.
Flip the salmon and cook evenly on both sides.
Prepare the teriyaki sauce by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, and water.
Once the salmon is cooked, pour the teriyaki sauce over it and simmer briefly.
