- 🐟 2 fillets of fresh salmon
 
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
 
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
 
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
 
PASOS
Cut the fresh salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and grated garlic in a bowl. Add the salmon pieces and coat them thoroughly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the marinated salmon pieces with potato starch. Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C (about 3 cm deep). Fry the salmon pieces for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
