INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 🐟 100g sashimi-grade salmon
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 🧅 1/4 stalk white part of green onion
 
- Seasonings - 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
 
PASOS
Cut the cucumber in half horizontally, then into quarters lengthwise, and slice into 1cm pieces. Mince the green onion.
Cut the salmon into 1.5cm cubes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, mix mirin, soy sauce, gochujang, and minced green onion. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 1 minute, then let cool.
Add the salmon, cucumber, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to the cooled mixture and toss to combine.
