INGREDIENTES
- Main Ingredients - 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥒 1/2 zucchini, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 🥩 200g ground beef
- 🥚 8 eggs
- 🍖 16 slices of ham
- 🌱 16 strands of chives
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 
PASOS
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp vegetable oil and stir-fry ground beef, zucchini, and bell pepper until cooked.
While the beef and vegetables cook, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and prepare egg sheets by frying them into thin rectangular shapes.
Once the vegetables are cooked, add rice and oyster sauce to the pan and stir-fry until well combined.
Blanch the ham slices in boiling water or lightly pan-fry them.
Shape the stir-fried rice into elongated rice balls.
Wrap each rice ball with the prepared egg sheets.
Fold the ham slices into a ribbon shape and tie them with blanched chives.
Use leftover chives to tie the egg sheets around the rice balls for added decoration.
