INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥒 2/3 zucchini
 - 🧅 1/4 onion
 
Seasonings
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp salt
 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
 - 1 tbsp corn syrup
 - 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
 - 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
 
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 
PASOS
Prepare all ingredients by slicing the zucchini and onion.
Sprinkle 0.5 tbsp salt over the zucchini and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onion for 1 minute.
Add the zucchini, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp corn syrup to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds and 0.5 tbsp sesame oil. Stir-fry for 1 more minute.
