INGREDIENTES
- Liquid - 🥛 3 cups skim or 1% milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
- Sweeteners - 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 
- Spices & Seasoning - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 🧂 ¼ teaspoon salt
 
- Fruits - 🍌 3 bananas, divided
 
- Grains - 3 cups Large Flake Quaker® Oats
 
- Nuts - ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
 
- Dairy - 🍦 1 cup plain or vanilla non-fat yogurt
 
PASOS
Stir together milk, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; stir in oats. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Mash two bananas and stir into oatmeal. Slice remaining banana. Divide oatmeal evenly among bowls or small Mason jars; top with sliced banana, pecans, and yogurt (if using).
