INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
PASOS
Prepare the potatoes by peeling and dicing them into bite-sized pieces. Rinse them in water to remove excess starch. Chop the green onion.
Preheat a pan over medium heat. Add oil and stir-fry the potatoes for about 3 minutes.
Lower the heat and continue stir-frying the potatoes until they are about 80% cooked.
Add soy sauce and corn syrup to the pan. Stir-fry gently on low heat until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Add the chopped green onion and margarine to the pan. Stir well to combine and enhance the flavor.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve the potato stir-fry warm.
