INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes, sliced thick
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced thick
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, sliced
Protein
- 1 can of spam, crumbled
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1/3 tbsp doenjang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 cups water
PASOS
Slice potatoes and onions thickly. Chop green onion and slice green chili.
Mix gochujang, red pepper flakes, sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and doenjang to create the sauce.
Combine all ingredients in a wide pan, including the sauce and 2 cups of water.
Crumble the spam by hand and add it to the pan.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and the stew is bubbling.
